Reason for frustration and diperssion

In this 21st century people are being very close to the modern technology and equipment. People are thinking of being closer and our globe has become a small due to the internet and technologies used nowadays. We already know that people are using their electronic gadgets many times in a day so it is becoming a friend to everyone and we can't spend our single hour without seeing the face of the gadgets that we are familer with. Our mind is living in virtual reality due to this technology where we are compelled to use a gadgets for any work we are doing. We are playing new games which are highly animated, graphics and created. When they are habitual in playing they become gloom while they lose their achievement or misplace the things. Slowly it develop the anger and people start thinking more about it and spend their time more in such things. Due to the habitual behivaour they start playing more and more in search new taste. Spending more times in gadgets compelled the parents to scold them to remove from it. While they are in virtual reality they don't get chance to look at environment and talk with neighbors spending time interacting. While they don't get such talking habit they can't speak in front of mass but can speak in social websites and gaming while is virtual reality which don't have any link with real world. So they can't read anything or do anything rather than spending times in gadgets and slowly starts to degrade their study and become weaker which basically leads to the frustration and Depression. Thinking nothing about ownself and start thinking i am a loser. Thinking that never make him to recover himself in the previous stage and pass away their life with negative thinking with domination of society and other.
